1998 dodge avenger 2.0L engine
any tips or advice on how to remove this alternator would be appreciated. i've never had to remove an alternator before that was not on top and easy to access. my son just purchased this car and the battery light was on when he bought it. purchased a new battery which was dead the next day. i'm assuming the alternator is bad. i've tried looking up videos and even purchased a haynes manual for the vehicle. however i am still a bit nervous about undertaking this job. i'm sure someone out there knows the proper method to do this without my pulling too much of my hair out in frustration.
