Selling price for a 96 Avenger ES?

Here is a pic of my 96 Avenger ES, it has 121,000 miles, the car is mint!!!
Some of the extras on it-
-Keyless Entry
-Remote Start
-American Racing Rims
-New Dunlop tires
-New Wheel Brgs.
-New pads & rotors (all around)

My Price : $4,400
Do you guys think that my price sounds acceptable?
