I have a 95 Avenger it has a 2.5 and i want to change it to a 3.0 twin turbo can it be done?

Yes.































....with a lot of time and money, it will be A LOT of custom work, and A LOT of time. All of which isn't worth the time because you can boost what you have and you'll be more than happy and still have money to buy gas.
If you do have the time and money, I say go for it.

Ok I have a question along the same lines i have a 96 avenger with the 420a and the nvt-350 tranny. Can the same engine swap be done to my car?

It's still the same car bro. The engine bay is still the same size no matter what motor you have in there. Your motor can be made just as powerful as any street driven 3000gt VR4/Stealth R/T TT btw
