i have a 95 dodge avenger and i was just wondering when i look at aftermarket fuel level gauges i see some operate on cars that use 73ohms for empty and 8-12ohms for a full tank of gas, and some that are 0ohms empty and 90ohms full. just wondering if anyone knows what the dodge avenger uses for there reading.

 

You can probably just call the parts or service desk at the local dealer. If they tell you "no" tell them to get up off their fat asses and look in the book.
Or, you can go to the dealership and ask them if you can see the book. (Note: gauge calibration is usually found at the back of the "Instrument Panel System" of the 8 section).
