yes i am replaceing the struts on my car and the fronts are giving me trouble i was woundering if there is an easy way to get the bolt out of the lower control arm where the bottom of the strut connects to it

There's not really any easy way to do it. If you follow the book...that's about as easy as it gets. Don't take shortcuts with the suspension components, you really need to take your time with it. I don't mean to take an extra hour, just don't rush it.
I take it you're talking about the pinch bolts?
