Silvercoupe i thought and researched more on the 3000gt to avenger conversion and i thought of a better plan . What about finding a wrecked Viper of any year and pulling all the running gear out and converting the Venge to rwd . I know this would take alot of work butwouldn't it be an awesome car . Especially if you put twin-turbos on the V-10 and built it to around 800 to 1000Hp . Also put in the T-56 six speed and use the Viper brakes and all . Then mold side pipes in the side skirts for an awesome look and the V-10 sound would be sweet. About the only difference from the V-8 swap would be setting the fire wall back further and adapting the wiring wouldn't it ? I really will make this swap but it will be after I open my speed shop , because buying a wrecked Viper and building it to that amount of Hp will not be cheap . But I can use it as a spokes car for my shop by taking it to the HotRod Power Tour and such things . When I start I will document it all and post it step by step so anyone else can do it without the troubles I will encounter . Yo a V-10 dats off the chain! But you roght bout having ALOT of work ahead of you. A V-10 I would just have it all motor meaning all the rest of the stuff under the hood has to go prolly except for the power steering. Wouldn't you also have widen the whole engine area? But yeah keep us posted with that have sum pics!
