I've been looking for a good while now for an aftermarket exhaust for the 96 Avenger with 2.5 V6 and this year/model seems to be a pain in the *** to get any exhaust for , with the exception of a catback. I'm looking for headers on back.

If anyone knows of a place I can get headers etc for this vehicle please let me know. Thanks in advance

 

You'll be hard pressed to find a set of headers for the V6, XIRacing used to make them but they went away. The best way to get one is through ebay, if someone is seller their XIRacing header.
You can get downpipes from ExileRacing though and the rest of the exhaust can be pieced together to help keep the price down or your can buy a catback to finish up.
Sorry bro, there's not many options for the V6.

 

Thanks for the info. I think that now I'm just going to get rid of the Avenger. I love the body style and wanted to trick out the vehicle , but after realizing how much trouble this thing will be it just doesn't seem worth it....I'll go back to my Mustangs
