parkinglight/foglight sticky
where did it go? does anyone have it saved somewhere. i blew the fuse for it and i jsut pulled the extra fuse holder out because i didnt have anytime to get extra fuses but someone at work gave me one so i went back to put it in a i have no idea where i gota put it
Hey quick question bout this, me and my home boi ghetto rigged my foglight up differently he rigged it up to the taillight i think 2 fuses below the foglight fuse and it works.. The only thing is the button that turns the fogs on/off no longer works (I left it on anyways).I was just wondering is my set up draining the battery and also y did they need to use a blown out fuse rather than the original?
So the fogs came on when the parking lamps were turned on then and vice versa?
The broken fuse is to keep the circuit from completing on both sides. If a good one was used, you would not only get power to the foglights but then you may have both sets of fuses wired up in parallel/series.
Why not just wire up the fogs to the good fuse then? Well, that's what you're doing, but instead of wiring it from the back, you're rewiring it from the top. Doing this can also be easily removed and put back like stock.

Yeah it its. When I turn on the park the foglights come on but when and if I want to turn them off I can't. They also stay on when I click it one more time so that the headlamps come on. I just glad to have my fogs run with the park lights so I aint gonna mess with it. but your saying its straight the way it is no blown fuses or nothing right?
Well, the whole point of using a broken fuse is to have something to help connect the wire to the fuse block with...just like how you may have it now...and that's all. You're using a good fuse and the results are...well, you see what happens bud. If you do it like the how-to, you will have control over the foglamps. See what I'm saying?
