The Avenger gauge cluster had an oil pressure gauge, but I also had the V6 ES, I don't know for sure if that means anything though. I have an Eclipse GSX gauge cluster now and it also has an oil pressure gauge.

No sir. Well, you can, but it has to be from a same motor and tranny optioned car.
You can (but don't) swap a V6/I4 cluster around, but this will just give you the wrong speed, RPMs, fuel, water temp, and no oil pressure anyway (the oil pressure sending unit needs to be in your car).
If you really must have one, you can get an electrical aftermarket gauge(s) installed for one. They are nice to have though, so that you know you're motor isn't going to pop a gasket or lose lubrication all together.
IMO, go easy on yourself and get a gauge pod and an autometer oil pressue gauge and save yourself the worry of trying to fit a different cluster in . Besides, your car still needs the sender to get the pressure info so you might as well get an aftermarket gauge, it'll come with the sender

For the water temp, you can use the stock sender, but if you have a stock water temp gauge, you will lose it's functionality. For the oil temp, check the oil filter bracket for an 1/8" NPT opening (most likely plugged if you have one available)..I believe it's 1/8" NPT anyway. If you don't have one, you'll have to plumb a spot for a sensor. I say the oil filter bracket for the oil temp sensor because that's where I always seen them

Install is pretty straight forward, you'll usually have the lighting wires (red/black) and then the signal wire that comes from the sensor(s). You'll just need a gauge pod. You can get an A pillar or instrument cluster pod, both should be in the resource listing in the sticky.

Yup, run the wires through the firewall. There are a few spots that are already made, you just have to poke the wires through the rubber boots. You can also drill a hole, just make sure to seal it up with some RTV or something.

For the pods, you can use the Eclipse gauge cluster bezel but not the A piller pod, you'll have to use one for an Avenger/Sebring.

Also, just an FYI, there's someone that replied to your post over at the sister site about an Eclipse center console
