Iwas interested in swaping out my 2.0 420a and putting in a 3.0 but found out if i wanted to add a turbo the thicker walls of the non bored 2.5 would be better and i was wondering what type of transmission i would need to fit it in the avenger. i want a manual, not an auto. and if anybodyy wants to sell a 2.5 motor or tranny for a 2.5 i am very interested. anybody that has any advice i would apreciate very much. thanks...

 

The V6 doesn't have an option to become a manual. Your 420a does though. You also will have better luck adding a turbo onto your motor than with the 6g73. You may not like your 4 cylinder as it is at the moment, but if you swap in an manual tranny, you may change your mind. The auto tranny is a parasite in the V6, I can only imagine it in the I4.

I still don't get y they did that, make an I4 with the option of become in Manual or Auto but not the V6! I really want to put in and I6 twin turbo ohhh.
