Where would i find the Connection for a Data link connector on a 96 Dodge avenger? the manual says its under the steering wheel, check my Expedition, and its there, but on the Avenger, theres nothin, maybe im missing it? any help would be greatly appreciated

 

The connector is there. It is close to the center console. Facing almost straight down.

 

Yup, or you can also say that it's on the corner of the lower dash cowl and inner kick panel.
