Default 1994 Dakota

Price seems a little high but want to trade in my 1999 Ford Explorer with 179,930 miles.

What do you think?

Not a bad price and it's always smart to ask for more than your willing to take. That way you have room to barter and the buyer feels like they got a deal.

they probably have the price that high because of the mods on it..but like stated befores its not that bad of a price for something that clean. when you look at it check for any leaks and rust...

Also check the fluids via dipstick. Make sure there are not additives to the coolant, oil, trans oil. Check to make sure the oil and coolant is not milky (blown head gasket or additive). Test drive and turn back and forth to see if the ball joints or steering is not loose or damaged etc.

Otherwise sounds like a good deal!

Sorry Renix i thought you were selling the '94 i didn't relialize you were looking to buy, my bad. Still you can probably get them to go down on the price because they probably upped the price expecting to have to accept less.

Im just going to put this out there, but that is diffently to high for that truck. I would never pay that much for it. For 1 its nnot ext cab so you don't have that room, 2 its a 3.9L now don't get me wrong here I love the 3.9 in mine though I payed 250 for my truck and it had 70000 miles on it. Yes I been having alot of problems on her though I would not go for the trade, look for something better comes along your way.

Next year I''l probably be selling my 1994 club cab 3.9V6 4x4 with V8 throttle body. One owner, excelent condition inside, outside paint is flaking like all of these, no rust, few small dings. 2" blocks in back, heavy duty v8 torsion bars tweaked to level truck, currently has a 10500# hydraulic winch which I will probably keep but let the winch mount brush guard stay. Snug top cap, rino sprayed bed liner. Now has 267000 miles. I'll be happy to get $1000.https://dodgeforum.com/forum/members...ure26953-1.jpg
