Default This is an Odd Question?

What do you call the piece of plastic under the bumper? Like a duck bill, or air dam, lip etc..Im asking becasue one time I saw a picture of an R/T with a lip off a Nova, I belive, and it looked sick up under the plastic lower bumber. Im been wondering if theres any pics of a 1st gen with an aftermarket lip?.

Ive been looking to find one of these lips, OEM, of another vehical on eBay but I cant seem to get the right search word. Thanks
