Got a 92 with a maint req light on, got a new scan tool today that reads OBD1, it's a Innova equus 3120. Anyway was gonna shut off the annoying little light but the prob is when I hooked it up and turned the key on it would say not communicating, check cables. broke out the multimeter and all is well on the plug/vehicle side. Had power, ground, .5V on the com etc. Just wanna make sure nothing I missed is going on before I take the scanner back! Had a 91 and all I had to do was plug the reader in and turn on the key! Anybody got any ideas?

 

Anyboby got a pinout with meter reading values for the OBD 1 connector on the firewall????? That would be a great help.
