Default Fusible link

Have a 94 Dakota Sport, 3.9L. I recently turned the ignition on, and all the electronics were dead. Although the speakers were crackling. Cleaned the battery terminals, still nothing. Turned on the headlights, and the engine turned over, yet would not start. Turned everything off, then turned on ignition, no power, turned on headlights truck started, and ran. Where is the fusible link located?

You would need a 1994 Factory Service Manual to say for sure, but they seem to be under the battery tray towards the firewall. And that splice you can find out fails so often on these years (the Magnum Gen1s)? Is the fusible link splice, so I'd tear into that and see what THAT looks like.
