For what year, which motor?

It may be different from year to year and motor choice.

I don't have that year FSM; but it's supposed to be similar to my 1988.

For 1988, the 2.5 got a ASD relay; however, it was using a mechanical fuel pump, so not sure if that helps any.

I'd pull the ASD relay and see if that killed the fuel pump.

And study, Study, STUDY the wiring diagrams. They're only confusing until you figure it out; it's like any language.

it has a electric fuel pump and i guess it gets it's power from the brainbox i think. i put the fuel lines into a gas can and did the compression check. no. 1 and 4 had 120 psi, and no.3 had135 psi, and no. 2 had 60 psi. i think i found the compression lose.

No, it gets its power from the ASD relay. Again, that can always be pulled.
