i need a new radiator
i thought i was after an 1.25" core depth @ approx. $150
after remeasuring it looks like 1.50" core depth @ approx. $400 +
is mounting the same for both ?
i can do without the extra cooling capacity......i got lots of windows
if lack ofa.c. is required........ i tow nothing
so....can i fit 1.25" into a 1.5" with minimal B.S.

from what i found
2 sizes available 1 @ 21 7/8 & 1 @ 25 something = core widths
4 row is a max cooling rad.
i got 2 row which puts me back to where i originally thought i was $150
i guess core width & # of rows is key .... not depth

 

ya, the bigger rad will be for the V8's and the smaller one for the V6 and 4 bangers.
