I recently painted my 1995 Dodge Dakota. It is not clear coated because I didn't want to put the extra money into it.
I thought that oil/rust guarding would protect my truck from rusting, but some say it is a waste of money!?
What do you think?
I am from Ontario where we put salt on the roads by the way (even in April this year!!)

I get mine oiled every fall, usually in sept. or oct.

where do you live in ontario?
