Hey, I currently have two huge chrome mirrors on my dakota... needless to say their ugly. But on the other hand their power mirrors.. which I like. I was wonderin what mirrors would fit on my truck and still have the power mirror option. I've seen on cardomain, there was a 1st gen dakota with 2nd gen mirrors, and it looked good. Do they have these power?

 

I think the chrome mirrors were the only one's available with power.
I personally like the big *** mirrors, my sis has the small mirrors on hers and it's hard for me to see where I'm going when I'm backing and I hate looking over my shoulder, I feel like a student driver when I do that. The bigger mirrors are good for towing, although some loads require extensions

 

http://www.dodgepartstore.com/they have the second gen mirrors for you there i was looking into them myself cause i also think the big ones are ugly the don't go good with the truck I have a 1989 dakota hate the mirrors.

 

That parts site is now on my favourites list. haha . But ya I think im gonna try 2nd gen mirrors since first gen didn't have any smaller power mirrors, and its a shame to just rip out all the power mirror wiring. I think I'll try a junk yard see if I can get some 2nd gen power mirrors.
