Default dakota question

I have a 95 dakota 4x4 extended cab w/mag v8
Over the winter i flipped it onto its top. it still runs and drives fine but all the sheet metal is ruined, it is fixable, but, what i would like to know is would it be better to sell it whole as a parts vehicle or try to fix it.
The engine has 140k on it, i can still drive it around the parking lot, it still shifts fine and the 4wd still works, the interior is immaculate, tan buckets with leather trim, all the electrical works. Heat, AC, power mirrors, cruise, all work.
i mainly am looking for options on what to do, if someone were to offer a decent price for it i would take it.
