Check junk yards? I imagine they'd be pricey from a parts store. Autozone qouted me 43 bucks a piece for rotors, I just turned them at work to true them up. (so what if they are underspec! <fingers crossed they dont collapse>
I did a whole entire brake job on my 88 about 2 years ago for about $200. that was pads, rotors, calipers, shoes, drums, wheel cylendars, spring kit. it was the cheapest parts possible, and they still look pretty good.
When it comes to cast parts always check your local parts store.Dodge has used these rear ends forever. You may find it cheaper to buy new. They can buy this stuff off shore for a couple dollars a pound. I picked up drums and rotors for $35 a piece.

dont know what the delivery charge would be, but ive bought some hard to find stuff for my 71 landcruiser here. i would call a few places and see what they would charge, brake parts were cheap when i did them last
