So, what do these vacuum lines do? The engine runs, but I don't have working AC, and I doubt the EGR valve is doing anything with the hoses like this.

I fixed the chewed vac lines, found out I had a few exposed wires that needed some protecting, and there must have been vac leaks to the TB.
Now, the engine runs worse?I'm guessing other problems are being exposed now that the system is hooked up correctly.
