Try jcw.com for grill gards. As for the torsion bars its simple. find the torsion bar go to the back of it. there is a big bolt. I belive it was 1 in size. tighten it up and that will lift it. the bolt will be hard to turn the easyest way is get the front wheels in the air and use a long handle braker bar. do both sides.
