Ok, so I got my 96 dodge, but the owners manual is missin a few pages out of it. here's the deal: My cigarette lighter isn't working (not that I smoke, but I can't plug anything in there from a phone charger to a C.B.) It simply doesn't work. that being said, I'm guessing it may be a fuse that needs replaced, but I don't know which fuse is connected to the cigarette lighter. After all that...anyone have any idea which one might help me out? and am I possibly missing some other fuse box besides the one located down by the E-Brake...

 

it is in the one by the e-brake, not sure which one, i will look tomorrow.
