new 31s on my 91 4x4 with no rubbing
finally got my new wheels.
they are the wheels that i wanted after all and payed 50 bucks for the set with pretty decent 31/10.5/15 that came off an 03 durango. I fit them and made sure that they fit in properly before putting in all of them. Have been driving on them all day now and no noticeable rubbing yet. They turn all they way and nothing. Where is this rubbing supposed to be at, maybe im looking in all the wrong places. I dont want to brake something when i least expect it.

I had 31x10.5 on my 92 and had to take them off after I broke a tie rod. If I remember correctly they would rub at lock too. I would at least step down to 30x9.5 when these wear out. till then I would not recomend doing any hard off roading.
I had 31 10.5 r15 bfgr at and it didnt rub. Now I got 33 12.5 R15 and they do rub. But just a little. like a 1/4 in. on the frame. It only does it at full lock. If you back off just 1/4 of an in it would go away. Its the wide ones that rub. but dont worry I dont think they will brake anything. BurlesonDakotaHow did you brake the tie rod? Was itrubing onit? I do serious offroading and I have not broken anything! yet! Even with the 33 12.5 and a high horsepower engine.
