So your not having a problem with fan speed, your having a problem with air flow in certain vent positions? I would check the vaccum lines for the HVAC system.

Correct. the Fan works properly just not the postion. I heard of something on the fire wall? The little thing that says heater on the passenger side under the hood. What is that? Would that cause this problem?

Check your vacuum reservoir. It should be a black plastic ball mounted to the firewall. Make sure and checkall ofthe hoses that supply vacuum in and out and any connectors in line. All of the direction mode doors for the HVAC system are controlled by vacuum.

Okay i will check that ball. I believe i saw something on the right side under the door on the frame that was a ball shape. I have also noticed yesterday, that now my heater only blows in the HIGH position?

if its not that vacuum ball check the vaccuum lines on the back of the temp/location controls in the dash those old hoses are probably dried out and cracked, thus leaking.
