How often should I clean/reoil my k&n filter? I can still clearly see day light through the screen but gas mileage hasnt been nearly as good since I started using it.

 

I clean mine every 10k just because

 

I do it once every year. or more because I go through lots of mud and sand. it builds up. so for a street car i would say every5-6 oil changes or 1 to 2years. It says you can go I think 100,000 before you need to clean it but the cleaning stuff is 10 bucks and it last a while. be on the safe side.
