carb rebuild didnt prime it up w/ fuel?

another question also i just rebuilt my carburetor (holley6520 feedback type) i re assembled it but didnot fill the bowl with fuel it will be ok? or do i need to bleed the air out somehow?

once you crank the engine over, the fuel will pump through it.
