Default Can't Find a Tonneau Cover for a 92 Reg Cab Short Box

I've been to a few places, and they all say the same thing: there is no hard (fiberglass or plastic) tonneau cover available for a 92 reg. cab, short box Dakota. They told me I'd have to get one custom made. Considering the cost for a pre-fabricated cover I'm really hesitant to go looking to get one custom made. Does any one know if a cover made for another type of truck would fit? I was looking at an Undercover or Lorider. Or is there some other manufacturer that someone would recommend looking at? Thanks.

Ya I tried several places but most were soft tops. Well Im pretty sure this one is a hard top. I didnt read everything on its site, but its application guide doeshave 86-96 listed.http://www.gaylordslids.com/applic_t...p#anchor734789
If you still cant find one, you might try getting one for a 2nd gen. dakota. 97-up. They have the same bed size.

Thanks for the link, but it isn't going to help me; I'm in Canada and the site seems to be US oriented.

Never mind. I found a cached list of dealers and there's one in the city where I live, I'll have to call them later. (link to cached page http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:...=ca&lr=lang_en)
