Default Lift for 2WD Dakota?

Blew a tire and ended up getting all 4 new ones because they were all low on tread. I ended up sizing up to 235/75 but now my tires rub on the inside near maximum deviation turning and on bumps on the highway. I was planning on lifting the truck anyway, but this accellerated my plan. I just can't find a suspension lift for 2WD. I definately want a suspension lift and I don't want to put the spring boosters in my coils.
I was thinking about a "bumper" style thing above my front coils, but I am blanking on what to do for the rear since my leaf springs go under the axle.
I want to do this right and I don't want to destroy my suspension, but I also don't have the facilities for any real fabrication....
Help?
