yeah i took it off of a chevy and custom fab it to my truck. well i would like to put a set of headers on or mabe a new performance chip. but i dont know how much a effect it would have on a standard. all i have nowunder the hood now is a K and N intake and a flowmaster. but i need more power. i do have the 3.9 that sucks lol but o well. i am going for more look then any thing else.

To me it did look like a chevys. I have heard headers are hard to find for a v6. but you should try summitracing.com jegs.com and ebay too. As for the performance chip. I dont know if they do but you could always mess with some of the sensors. check out http://www.v8performance.com/tipsandtricks.htm
You should get high per. coil wires and plugs. you could cut open the intake (make it a Kegg) and get a larger throttle body. You could get lower (numarcly higher) gears for the rear end. or a cam upgrade, 1.7 rocker arms for the valves.

donny_a54,

Every sunday on Spike TV during "Powerblock" and "Trucks" I see the same little commercial for a website called www.shopheaders.com. I've never visited the site but it's supposedly a site where you choose the brand of header you want and it directs you to the lowest price headers on the web for your vehicle that are manufactured by who you chose!

Post your results, I'm interested to see how it works out!
