I have a 93 dakota ran 225/70/15 for years no rubbing.I put 99 durango rims on it and ran 255/55/16 just need a 3/16 spacer. A bit cheaper then buying after market 17 or bigger.
I was running 235/75/R15s on my 93' You can see them in my album.No majorproblems, alittle rubbing every now and then, killed the fuel mileage from 19s to the 15-16s, thats about it
I have Cragar Soft 8s on my truck with 255/60r15 on the back and 235/60 up front, completely stock suspension, no rub issues what so ever. They also look badass.
