Default New, need help

I have a 1992 Dak I bought about a year ago. I haven't been able to drive it yet because the brakes are shot. It seems to be leaking heavily from under the truck. It's leaking from what looks like it may be a proportioning valve or something. I'm not sure, and I'm having a hard time finding good info on the brake system for the truck.
Anyone know what this might be? It's under the drivers floorboard, brake fluid is everywhere when you mash the brakes hard.
I really want to just fix the brakes and bring the truck back home to Memphis.
Unless someone wants to give me $500.00 for it. It's a 4x4 in NJ. Nice and rusty, but it has new shocks still in the box, a tow hitch (class III), a new Timing chain, ignition, fuel pump and much more. It's a 5spd Manual also. The truck runs great, just looks bad and has the brake problem, and a very slight fuel leak..
Any Info will be appreciated.

sounds like maybe the mater cylinder or the abs distribution or just a line. have someone pump the brakes while your looking for the leak.

Well, where could I get the line from? I can't seem to find that anywhere online. I did find the proportioning valve online, it's definitely leaking from that, I just looked at : https://dodgeforum.com/upfiles/27279...A7D84E5EA3.jpg and that's the part.. the metering valve.. Unfortunately that part is $140.00 online.. ..That's almost 1/2 of what the truck's worth to me..!!..
Anyone know what I can do about brake line though?
What size would I need if I just used Stainless?
