Default Possible Lift Kit

I was just lookin on the web for lift kits and I came accross this guys story
http://www.utahwest.com/Truck/conv.htm
Where he says something interesting in the 4th paragraph
One of the four wheel drive magazines did a Project Dakota and put a Trail Master 4 inch lift on the truck. The cost was restrictive for me at the time and I began to look around for other means of lifting my truck. I contacted Tuff Country in Salt Lake City and they were interested in prototyping a 4 inch lift for the Dakota and needed a truck to put it on. They took a week and built the lift from the ground up. I got the lift, four new shock absorbers and a lifetime warranty for only $350!

So I did a search for the tuff country site and came accross it but really didn't find the kit for are year except for this.
http://www.suspensionconnection.com/...on/347003.html

So my question is you guys think that kit could work?

I have seen that sitebefore too. I belive thekit worked for him is because he used a ford front axle.Solid axle conversion.Well that kit will work for the rear. But for the torsion bars they dont have nothing to lift. I think thebest kits are the ones from ebay. Lift keys as well as blocks and bolts.

But he said he got a 4-inch suspension lift from tuff countrybefore he did the axle swap. He said it was a protoype lift maybe its not even on the site. yeah I see now thaat lift couldn't work being that we don't have front leaf springs. I don't know im gonna email the guy and see if he can give me any info, cause you can't beat $350 for a 4-inch suspension lift. That or i just do what he did and get me a dana 44 and rear axle and do the swap[sm=lol.gif]

Ya go for it email him. no harm in that. Well I have read in several mag. Our rear end is equal to the dana 44. They do have more aftermarket tho. The front is the weak point but it is strong enough. I push that front end hard and its going stong. I think I might have to read the page again.

Well since we have IFS and leaf springs in the back, there's really nothing it could be other than keys and blocks, especially for that price. Might as well just get it off Ebay.
