Default HID Conversion Trouble

I am trying to install a 9007 Plug and Play HID Kit but upon getting everything connected they will not turn on. We have already confirmed that the kit is not at fault and works properly.

So for those that have installed HID's is there a trick to get them to work? We also have a relay harness that we can install that takes power directly from the battery but all that happens when this is installed is the relays "click".

The stock bulbs also work when installed.

If you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

How are you sure the kit is not at fault? The Ballast might be bad. I know on my 9007 HIDs there was one that plugs for the light and two different plug ins for the Ballast. If you have those, they might be in backwards?

Have any pictures of the kit?
