hey everyone,. well I'm going to join the FD in the comming week and know that i will be putting a lightbar on my roof, an old police one. Then I am going to be putting in a scanner and CB with PA sytem in also. I have Sirius sportster in the truck as well as a mag light. So will I need an upgrade or not, I'm thinking I might but its iffy and I dont know electrical on trucks real well, i know enough to get by. It is stock on there now so go bigger or not?

Thanks for the help as always,
~Mike~

It depends if your going to constatly use those lights. I belive stock is 90amps. You can upgrade to 140 or higher. I got 140. Stock can handle it. but if it is a everyday thing you might as well go big.

Some had 75amp, others had the 90amp. You can upgrade to the 120amp Denso. Check with RockAuto.com

Id upgrade to the 120 amp. I did that for my stereo and it puts alot less strain on the battery.
