HID help
Finally got the hid kit from ebay which badkota recommended (THANKS!). Got the Pilot 9004 6000K. But here is the catch, I can only get either the HID to work or the highbeam halogen. I attempted to mess around with the wires that plug into the orginal headlight sockets but all the combos I tried failed. I either get only the HID on low beam, and when I switch to high I have no lights. Or I can get the Halogens to work but when I switch it to low I get no lights again. Ive been looking around and seems like alot of people are using relays with their HID kits. Could this solve the problem or is there some sort of secret wiring trick with the orginal sockets in which I can get both low/high to work?
Look over the wires and make sure 500% they're in proper.99.5% of the issues with the plug-n-play are the wires are not in correctly, even if you think they are.
Post some pictures if you can.
I had no issues with mine.

Will do. Just got down working on them in the dark so was kinda tired and blind throughout the process. I will take some pics tomorrow if there still is an issue, but:
if you can remember.. there is 3 wires comming from the bulbs that need to be connected to the orginal socket. 1 yellow, one red, and one yellow/black if i remember correctly. Do you remember which sockets they play into on the headlight socket if looking at the socket so the gorund is on the far left, low beams in middle and high on the far right.?

Just make sure the connectors are plugged in the correct way.

Update:
Sometimes it is worth it to take the extra time and draw out a wiring diagram on how you know the set up is supposed to work. After I did this I found the problem. Turns out Pilot had the negative wire from the halogen hi beam tied into the positive xenon. This makes sense seeing as how; in the "instructions" one of the first steps is opeaning up the bonnet of your car, so they must have wired it for a positive ground, found in some european cars. All I did was cut the negative from the halogen off and tied it into the ground of the xenon and poof, I got it to work. (this problem would have been so much easier than it was if Pilot color coated their wires. I have a yellow and red ground and a black positive. oh yeh, and another yellow positive for the halogen hah) Funny thing is, I will prob never use the high beams because the xenons are brighter and they project just as far if not farther then the halogens. Moral of the story.. buy a hid kit they are simply amazing!!
Thanks for showing me where to get them kota.
