im haveing headlight trouble. i did a search and turned up nothing that could help

whats going on is the head lights cut out still have dash lights and unsure if it still has tail and marker lights. because it always happens when im alone last night it was raining but it has happened before when it was not raining and it has happened other time raining. i know it sounds like a mositure short but why only head lights if it was bulkheads or fuse pannel related just trying to figure this out any help would be great thanks

Could be your dimmer switch. Had the same problem on a different vehicle, and turned out to be it. Good luck.
