quick question on exhaust

i just bought a 1995 dodge dakota sport. its a standard cab 3.9 v6 2wd. my question is, i wanna do flowmaster dual exhaust cat back. will dual pipes clear the spare tire? and all the fuel lines etc.?

I had to take my spare and toss it in bed. Fuel lines should be in the rail of the frame and should not be in the way of exhaust.
