Default Fuel Injectors

What is the best way to test an injector to make sure there all spraying the right amount of fuel. I verified the correct pressure on the rail, and I do know the injectors are spraying, just wondering if there spraying enough. Is there a way to clean them if they are clogged? Oh and its for a '92 Dakota with a 3.9 in it.

The best way to clean them up. Is to get carb cleaner and clean them up. And use q-tips and tooth picks to get the small corners.
