how can i find out the exact factory paint for my 95 dakota, and where would i be able to pick up the paint for it at.im asking because i wanna throw on one of those hood scoops but i dont wanna leave it black witha dark green paint so i wanna try and find the paint to paint it first..

 

look at the code on the inside of your door where is vin and gvw is, it should be on the bottom of the sticker. i think they are 3 digits. then just go to the paint store and get them to mix it up. if you really want it to match go to an automotive paint store that has a camera they can shoot it with and it will be exact match even if it is a little faded.
