Default Diesel 1st Gen

I was reading thru one of my car magazines and came across a '93 Dak with a 4.3L V6 GM turbo diesel. Ad claims it gets 30-34 mpg (very believable), has all power options, automatic trans, club cab, and it's been lowered. Guy's asking $2900 OBO and he's out of Bristol, IN. I'd post up the guy's phone # but I don't know the guy and don't know if he'd appreciate it if his # was on the net w/o his knowing, but if anybody is interested I can PM you the #. Just thought I'd share, not too often you see any diesel in a 1st gen. I don't have any pics either, it was a magazine ad.

you can do a 3.9 4BT diesel swap pretty cheap and get 30+ mpg outta it.

And have a more powerful, more durable engine. GM's diesel conversions were plagued with problems; the 350D has a special place on the list of bad ideas.
