83 Dakota 130,00 miles, most of the time runs fine. Somtimes it will go 2-3 weeks with no problems but every once and a while when I try to go somewhere it won't start. Friday night it would not start, had no pressure at the fuel test port. The next morning it cranked right up, and had pressure at the port. Today after driving it ,shut it off and 30 min. later would not start again. After setting for a while it cranked up, took it to the shop and they couln't find anything wrong...got any idea's?

 

Im guessing you have a 93 not a 83 dakota. Try the fuel pump relay. Maybe it sticking. Check all wires make sure none are loose.
