Default coolant mixing with oil

Hi , I have a dakota 91 v8 318. My brother was driving it on the highway and it started to lose power. He pulled over for 5 mins, then took off again fine. The truck would do that almost everyday this summer on the highway. I checked the engine oil and noticed that it was starting to get a cream color. Anyone have a good idea of what it could be? Thanks

Agreed, blown head gasket is nothing to mess with, you'll terminate a motor quick if you don't take care of this immediately. cease driving long distances or at all if possible
