its got a shackle flip in the rear and drop coils in the front on the 16x8 2nd gen wheels. i pulled the rear bumper kuz it had the typical rust under the chrome and it was gone. its got the posi rear end w 3.55 gears and i put a 3" exhaust with a thrush welded muffler dumped before the rear axle. the windows are 5% and the interior is currently gutted so i can repair the floor and then its getting herculined under the carpet for sound/heat insulating and future rust prevention

Its about time we see some pics Fox. Lookin good! I like the tires. Lets see some more pics. Any muddy ones?

You should cut those U-Bolts. I left mine hagging once and bent the to hell when I was offroading once. I had to use a cut off wheel when I did the 4wd swap. And maybe tuck in the wires.

Tim, from Edmonton Alberta, Canada here, i don't have a dakota at the moment, but will most likely have one in the morning,

for now though, i'll entertain you guys with a picture of my current on and off road rig........a 1998 dodge neon.....

yes, you heard me correctly, i drive a neon both on and off road....

the picture was taken one summer morning after it rained, while i was trying to get to the parking area on my construction site.

at the time, i figured that since i got out the previous night in heavy rain, i'd get back in no problem, but i picked a bad line and hit a soft spot.

the hood is only up because i nearly overheated trying to get out, and wanted the car to cool off.

i ended up waiting till first coffee for my foreman to tow me out, LOL

Nice trucks guys.

I'm from Margaretville New York btw, truck pics to come soon hopefully.

Fox, I would actually leave the tire stance just the way you have it, with the lift you have it should give you better corner handling then a thinner stance. If you ever get worried about paint chips from rocks flying off the tires though, I would go with some wider fender flares.
