Default Fault Codes--more info please?

I have 4 fault codes coming up.
'91 Dakota 2wd 3.9 6 cyl engine.

The codes are 12, 22, 41, and 51.
Looks like 12 is normal if I disconnected the battery recently, but how do I proceed for the others?
Just start replacing parts?
Any other diagnostic tests I should perform? The description of the problems in the codes page are somewhat less than helpful if you're not an engine tech or an experienced mechanic.
Any help with 22, 41, and 51 much appreciated.
Thanks
Paul

It would be better if you list what each code is for others to quickly help. Nobody knows the codes off hand. It makes it so much easyer to have there meenings right in front of you so you dont have to go digging around for them.
Next have you reset the codes to see if they come back up. Disconnect the battery for a min and reconnect.

22 Engine coolant temp sensor out of range (Replace sensor first. $10. Cheep and easy, if it still doesnt work then its your wires)

41 Generator field not switching properly (altenator is acting up. You may need to replace it)

51 Fuel system lean (Fuel is lean. You may have a vacuum leak or fuel pressure or dieing fuel pump.)

Thanks for the help. I hadn't thought about posting what the codes were...makes sense.
Was I right in saying 12 is nothing to worry about? Just means I disconnected my battery recently? 12 is :
Direct battery input to PCM was disconnected within the last 50 key-on cycles (normal)

Or does it mean my main computer was disconnected...?

Could the MAP sensor be involved as well in the lean fuel code?
Thanks
Paul
