1992 dakota 318 idles weird

well my dakota is idealin but at 600 rpms which i was just wondering is that normal for that model of dakota or what the problem might be and also is the stock throttle body on this gen dakota a holly

600 is okay. It varies from truck to truck but somewhere around 400- 900 can be normal. Yes the TB is a holly.
