I've come across it again while searching for info on my sons Jimmy on a GM site. I've tried it...it works.

For library card number enter 123456789 submit, chose the Cincinnati/Hamilton Library submit, scroll down to AUTO REPAIR REFERENCE CENTER, pick year, make and model. It even has manuals for atvs and other small engines
