i have a 95 dak 3.9 i wanted to upgrade the trottle body i was told the best route to go was to get a throttle body off a 5.2 dak. first question is is what years daks can i use a throttle body from is it any 1st generation dak?.... secondly it looks pretty straight forward swap, it appers to be just 4 bolts holding it on and a few sensors, how hard really is it to swap, im not that mecahnically inclined but can handle some engine work..will the performance upgrade be worth the time to do it all?..sounds like alot new to dodge trucks

You can use the throttle body off of any 1992-on 5.2L or 5.9L. The throttle body currently on my truck is off of a '98. I can't tell you how much it helps performance cause I have the v8, but I've heard other people say it helped a lot. It is a very easy swap... shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
