Default Got a brush guard to modify

Here is a picture of the brush guard I just bought today for $60. With the price of steel I figure it was worth it. The center holes on the brackets are close, 2.5" too far out, and the bumper contours in the steel need to be modified to the Dakota. The outside brackets are off, easy enough to fix with my TIG welder. Looks a little "homemade", but I like that look in a way. I will probably make mounts for my lights somewhere.

Cool! That is what I did. I got mine from a 70's ford. Cut and chop and make it fit my frame width. Just mount it up to the front bumper brakets and use grade 8 bolts. Post up pics when it's done.
